Cute Little Yeti

We're back from a wonderful holiday and it's time for a new i {heart} sketches challenge at From the Heart Stamps.  You know the drill, we want you to use a FtHS image and it's your choice.  You can either use the sketch only, the tWist only or the sketch with the twist of using black, white and one more color like I did.

Here's my card for challenge 133:

I decided to use this totally adorable Yetti image.   I tried printing him on textured paper and colored him up with Derwent Colorsoft pencils.  The snowflakes were embossed with a holographic embossing powder and really look a bit better than captured in this photo.  He is standing on ice created by using Glossy Accents.

Remember, in this challenge, everyone is a winner.  For just linking up you will receive $1 credit for use at the From the Heart Stamp store.  You can use it as a discount or save up to get a free image.  For all the challenge details check out the blog here.  You'll also want to check out the inspiration the design team has for you this week, they always impress.  I can't wait to see what you make this week!

Happy New Year!  Have a great week!

Aloha,
Brenda
